2. The Service
Inbox Whisper is an assistant that connects to the email accounts you authorize and helps you search, summarize, organize, draft and send email through our web application and supported messaging platforms. Features may vary by plan, email provider and messaging platform.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
- Notify us promptly through our contact form if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Connected accounts
You may connect only email and messaging accounts that you own or are authorized to use. By connecting an account, you authorize us to access it within the permissions you approve, solely to provide the Service. You may withdraw this authorization at any time from your settings or from your provider's account settings.
5. Sending email
The Service never sends an email without your explicit approval. Approved messages are sent from your own email account through your provider. You are solely responsible for the content, recipients and consequences of every message you approve.
6. AI-generated content
Summaries, search results and drafts are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review all content before relying on it or approving it. The Service does not provide legal, financial or other professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or deceptive content;
- access accounts or data without authorization;
- violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
- breach the terms or policies of Google, Microsoft or any connected messaging platform;
- interfere with, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service or its security.
8. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services such as Gmail, Outlook, Telegram and other messaging platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
9. Early access, plans and fees
During early access, the Service is offered free of charge and may change, be limited or be paused. Paid plans, prices and billing terms will be presented to you before any charge applies, and you will not be charged without your agreement.

You retain all rights to your email and other content. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide the Service to you. The Service itself, including its software, design and brand, is owned by Tothiq and protected by law. If you share feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tothiq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Tothiq against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from the content of messages you approve and send through the Service.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Kuwait.
